Aurélie Mercadié's PhD defense

Aurélie Mercadié (co-supervised with Céline Brouard, INRAE MIAT) worked during her PhD on omics data integration. Her work was published in:

and led to several communications in conferences as well as to the development of an Python package: NMFProfiler.

Aurélies’s PhD was funded by ANRT through a CIFRE contract.
